I provided Graphics Card info as i filtered down through the dropdown menu. The top right corner says “Download Drivers” The SQUARE ENIX support website will eventually tell you to go the the Graphics manufacturer website and sort it out. I have a DELL computer with Windows i7/64bit and the Graphics Card is ATI Radeon HD 5700. If anyone out there is having issues with above error, this might help.
